12-13. Miami Beach Festival of the Arts. Miami Beach, Florida. Show is located on Ocean Terrace, located east of Collins Ave from 73rd to 75th St. adjacent to the open sea and juxtaposed between the North Beach commercial district and the performing arts bandshell.
